some examples within the 6 subjects may include:

  1. intellectual: the 7 liberating arts and sciences

  2. spiritual: anything that supports spiritual emergence out of spiritual emergency

  3. emotional: ho'oponopono (practice of reconciliation and forgiveness)

  4. social:  anything that supports local fellowship and community building

  5. physical:  pro-life & pro-biotic vs allopathic or detox.

  6. occupational:  contributing one's unique gifts thru designing for generosity
